Southern Sun Hotel, Ikoyi, as a Sous Chef. He has also been actively involved in running his own business which included owning and running a restaurant, catering and cake making. Olayinka has recorded success in training a few young people in the acts of cake making and decoration as well as replicated his cooking and managerial skills in another few. His success over the years has been as a result of his hard work, attention to detail and an unquenching passion for creating good food and customer satisfaction. Chefyinks Gourmet is customized to create solutions to monotonous party food, teaching and the expression of new/ alternate ways of presenting food on the home front.
