ADEPME, a service tool for the development in Senegal

The ADPEME agency takes part in the  thickening of SME and the reinforcement of the competitiveness of the companies in order to enable them to contribute effectively to the economic and social development of Senegal. It offers to them a technical support adapted to their needs. These interventions are carried out in synergy with the existing structures of support, employers' associations and employers' federations, the backers.

MISSIONS
• To advise and assist the carriers of project as regards creation of company in Senegal;
• To frame the companies as regards management of company and in the installation of management tools adapted to their needs;
• To reinforce managerial competences of the persons in charge of SME;
• To ensure on request, the follow-up of SME having been given appropriations;
• To promote the company spirit within the population;
• To manage a database on SME; installation of program by sectors of activity.
 
FIELDS Of INTERVENTION
• Assistance for the consolidation of fabric of existing SME;
• Promotion of the creation of company;
• Levelling of the companies Senegalese,
• Permanent reinforcement of the capacities of the contractors;
• Counter of information and formalization (GIF)
• Evaluation of SME • Installation of sectoral programs favourable to the development of SME
• Promotion of the consortia of export
